The check-in clerk provided excellent customer service and the breakfast area displayed elegant decor. the rooms featured a comfortable king-sized bed, a sofa, and a clean, spacious layout. the shower had strong water pressure, ensuring a refreshing experience. the dining space boasted a new, attractive ambiance.

Great place and amazing location close enough to the theater and the highway and nice area. Great bed, spotless bathroom and a refrigerator, tea/coffee making equipment, and a writing table in the room. Easy check-in, parking nearby.

It has fine and wonderful rooms to offer with Formica damage which had been scotch taped back on and king beds, for example. The services are great, including a nice pool.

Excellent location and price. Well appointed and comfortable. Quiet.

Minor issues: Toilet didn't flush well - had to flush multiple times to clear the bowl. Couldn't see the parking lot - on the wrong side of the building.

The Wi-Fi speed was not very good.

The hotel's location was convenient, close to an exit for pet owners. the staff provided friendly service, even going the extra mile during breakfast. A morning newspaper was a nice touch, offering the guests a pleasant start to their day.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired.

Too small of an area. Don't need a maid to wait on everyone for breakfast.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Pretty cramped rooms. Couldn't use both sides of the bed because of the table in the way

Only thing I or my family liked was the lady in the breakfast nook area, she was very friendly.

Rooms were dirty,our beds had bed bugs, I have called and left 3 mesages for a Manger to call me and have not heard back.

I simply adored how cozy and inviting the lobby area was, with its charming decorations and comfortable seating for us seniors to relax. the ease of getting around the hotel, especially for us older folks, made me feel right at home. the proximity to stores next door was wonderful for picking up any needed items without much hassle.

I'd love to see extra grab bars in the bathroom for added safety. More thoughtfulness for the elderly guests, please, children working there!
